Job Description

FreeTech is hiring a Growth Director to own and execute our sales and revenue strategy. You’ll work directly with the founder and delivery teams to target startups, SMBs, and government orgs that need high-impact software services. You’ll build and lead outbound efforts, close deals, refine sales processes, and explore strategic partnerships. This is a high-responsibility, high-reward role for a proven closer who’s confident navigating the founder-led sales space and scaling a modern service firm.

Skill Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably at a software agency, consultancy, or startup

  • Proven track record of closing 5- to 6-figure deals with technical buyers

  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, CRM hygiene, and pipeline management

  • Experience crafting outbound campaigns and managing SDRs or BDRs

  • Confident in pitch meetings and technical scoping discussions

  • Deep familiarity with the startup and SMB tech ecosystem

  • Bonus: Experience with government sales, contracting, or BD in federal space
